Who are "Ceritech Audio"?
Ceritech Audio are a trading name of Ceritech Limited (registered
in England No. 4078516). We were incorporated as a Limited Company
in 2000.
Do I get a VAT receipt with my order?
We send out a VAT receipt with all purchases, of all values, to
all customers.
Do Ceritech Audio’s prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices stated on our website include VAT.
Pricing/What's an "RRP"?
On this website, the term "RRP" stands for "Regular
Retail Price" and is calculated based on price information
gathered, where available, from manufacturers' suggested retail
prices and otherwise from a combination of magazine reviews and
other high street stores' typical prices.
Are my credit card details secure?
Yes, your credit card details are secure - we use Paypal Merchant
Services to process your payment – you pay on secure paypal
pages to complete your payment, and return to our site after payment
is made. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with
industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you
use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the
merchant.
Why will you only deliver credit/debit card purchases
to my card's registered address?
This is one of the most effective ways of reducing fraud. By insisting
that each order is delivered to the address where the payment
card is registered, we ensure that cards cannot be used at Ceritech
Audio Online to make purchases for anyone but the card owner.
Whilst other, less scrupulous suppliers may offer such a facility,
we feel that people would rather not have their card details used
fraudulently.
If you wish your order to be delivered to an alternate address,
you can pay by cheque or direct bank transfer. In many cases it
is also possible to arrange for your bank to add a second address
to your card's account.
How can I pay?
You can buy online using Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Delta,
Amex, Maestro, or paypal. You can also pay by direct bank transfer,
calling us with your card details to process by telephone or by
cheque. Please allow an extra 10 working days for cheques to clear.
Can I order offline?
For those who prefer to place their order offline, you can contact
our sales team, call: 0844 736 5719. You can also fax your order
to us: 0844 7365719 (All calls will be charged at UK local rates).
For those who wish to mail in their orders, please compile your
order using our online shopping cart system. Just walk through
the online order process and when you reach the final step, print
the screen and mail it to us along with your payment method.

Do your products come with guarantees & warranties?
Just the same as buying from the High Street, all our products
are brand new, boxed and come with the manufacturers warranty.
What is the delivery charge?

What if I live outside of the UK?
Currently we do not accept orders from outside of the UK.
Do you offer a VAT-Free service to exempt territories?
Not at this time.
What if I wish to return my purchase?
If you are a consumer, you have a right to return products for
any reason at all provided that you notify us that you are going
to do so within 7 working days of receiving the products. Our
Terms & Conditions contain more details of the terms that
apply to this right.
If you wish to return defective products, you must comply with
the returns policy contained on our Terms & Conditions. Before
returning any products, you must keep them in your possession
and must take reasonable care of them. Please read our Returns
Guide for more information on returning products. Please do NOT
return any items to our correspondence address or registered office
as we are unable to accept parcels at these addresses.
What is your pricing policy?
As you may have gathered by now, we're not about selling clearance
items cheaply. We take pride in providing high quality equipment
together with a genuine commitment to customer service. Many of
the items we deal with are exclusive, and varying pricing isn't
an issue. On the more readily available lines, we've done our
utmost to ensure that our prices are competitive with the box
shifting businesses. If you see anything we sell cheaper elsewhere,
please let us know. If we can, we'll happily remedy the situation.
How do I make a complaint?
We do our very best to ensure that customers will not have a need
to complain, however if we should fail you for any reason, we
want to hear about it. Send an email to us at info@ceritech.co.uk
and we promise to respond within 5 working days.
Will my details be available to other companies?
Certainly not! We are committed to protecting your privacy and
we comply with the Data Protection laws applicable to business
in the UK. View our Privacy Policy. We do not disclose our customer’s
personal information to third parties. We only use the information
we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalised
shopping experience.
