Ceritech Audio offers a structured consultation and project management approach to conceiving, designing and carrying out the installation of your multi room entertainment system. It is our attention to detail that makes our custom design and installation service the best in the business. For larger projects, we can liaise directly with your builders and electricians to make sure your installation goes smoothly from start to finish.

Every installation is different, which is why the level of customer involvement and the complexity of the design can be tailored according to need. We follow a structured consultancy process to ensure we are able to maintain the high quality service that we pride ourselves upon:

1. Initial Consultation - Discuss your needs, desires, priorities and any technologies that you may already be interested in. Inform you of any products that you are unaware of, but we feel would be of interest. Suggest and discuss possible general solutions. Leave you with reading material on our services and relevant products. Conduct a site survey at the premises, for which a fee is applicable, leading to a thorough proposal document.

2. Design and Planning - Create a system proposal to best suit your needs, desires and budget. Include different options at different price points. Arrange a home visit to explain proposed system, answer any questions. Make any changes and then agree on a final system. Create a fully specified system plan with wiring diagrams and schematics.

3. Installation - Coordinate work with contractors (electricians and builders). Installation basic and specialist cabling (1st fix). Installation of equipment (2nd fix). Connect, configure and test the full system.

4. Walkthrough – A handover to the client to fully explain how the system is operated.
