We have been trading since 2000, and our product portfolio has continually expanded to reflect the many advances in performance and technology available for home entertainment systems.

We are proud to be different to some hi-fi dealers, and we know our business has to be customer orientated in order to succeed. We are in this business because we enjoy music and films and we want our customers to enjoy them too!

We believe that the retail shop on the high street can be a most unsuitable place to audition a truly great Music or Cinema system. You may need to contend with urban traffic, difficulty with car parking, crowded shops, brief demonstrations, and youthful and inexperienced staff – the whole experience can be a test of endurance. At Ceritech Audio, you will find a friendly and relaxing environment, where you can spend as much time as you like auditioning some wonderful Audio & Video systems - and you're welcome to return as many times as you need to. Our premises are not in a High street location, but are set in the landscaped grounds of a country estate in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Our bespoke designed showroom and demonstration suites are located adjacent to the concert hall at Wyastone Business Park, near Monmouth, where Nimbus Records has been established since 1975.

It takes only one minute to be on the A40/A449 dual carriageway, which is the main connecting route for the Midlands (M50/M5) and South Wales (M4). This easy access means that your journey time to Ceritech Audio should be stress free – no queues, no searching for a parking space and no parking tickets! Pay us a visit at our pleasant, out of town facility, where you can relax and make your choice in peace; without traffic, parking problems, or hassle; just good service and quality products you can rely on.

The showroom is usually open Monday to Saturday, but, for the benefit of all, and to ensure prompt, personal service, we operate on an appointment basis, so please call us before travelling. Evening or Sunday appointments can be accommodated; alternatively, demonstrations at your own home can also be arranged.

We offer honest and expert advice supported by professional demonstrations of an enviable range of top brand products. We select our products carefully to offer high quality performance whatever your budget and we back this up with staff with the knowledge that only comes from being genuine enthusiasts. Working with you, we help you create a bespoke solution in line with your budget and preferences. When providing design and installation services, we follow a professional consultancy process to ensure we are able to maintain the high quality service that we pride ourselves on. We provide a consultation service to homeowners, property developers, architects and interior designers to ensure that your projects benefit from the most up to date and effective systems available.

We regularly showcase the best products and systems in the audio and audio visual world. These events are a great way to experience the very latest technologies that are available and a good opportunity to chat to the experts. WEEE Recycling

Recycle your old electricals with us!

Ceritech Audio is pleased to offer customers free recycling on household electrical items a like-for-like basis when you buy a new item from us.

Unwanted electrical equipment is the UKs fastest growing type of waste, and sending it to landfill causes lead and other toxins can leak out and cause soil and water contamination, harming wildlife and human health.

Fortunately, many electrical items can now be repaired or recycled. That’s why we’re offering free recycling on a like-for-like basis – so when you buy a new item from us, we will make sure your old model is taken care of. If you’re not sure whether your electrical item can be recycled, have a look for the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol on the packaging, or on the item itself. If the symbol appears on the replacement item, this is also an indication that the old model should be recycled.

The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of waste electricals. In the UK, that means retailers like us must offer all customers buying new equipment free take-back for their old electricals.
